Kingfisher School is
seeking to appoint an inspiring, creative, and experienced teacher to join our dedicated team. We are
looking for someone confident teaching across
Key Stages 2–5, with the flexibility to deliver high‑quality
learning both in person
and online.
As a highly inclusive setting,

and require additional support to progress after experiencing disrupted or

now seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and pupil‑focused teacher
to join our team. The successful candidate will share our belief in the
potential of every young person and bring creativity, resilience and a

We are an

Learning Partnership Trust (CLPT) and work collaboratively across the Trust to ensure
we are a best-practice school and maintain our very high standards. We strive

positive learning and ensure that rigorous CPD supports all staff in becoming
the best they can be.

Educated to A level or above, including a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent)
grade C in math’s and English.
·
A 2:1 degree in any discipline.
·
Qualified Teacher Status
- At least one year in a teaching environment or
online tutoring.
- Successfully leading and managing a group of
students for online tutoring and face to face teaching.
- Teaching unsupervised.
- Planning and preparing lessons.
- Setting appropriate learning objectives.
- Adapting learning plans for individual pupils.
- Monitoring and recording pupils’ academic
development.
- Marking work against the national curriculum.

Producing pupils’ academic reports.
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the
national curriculum.
- An ability to differentiate the curriculum to
meet the needs of all achievers.
- Experience in the use of ICT across the
curriculum.
- An ability to work creatively and sensitively
with children.
- An understanding of the different approaches
and methods of teaching.
- An understanding of the use of formative,
summative and observational assessment to evaluate learning.
- The ability to set appropriate and relevant
learning objectives.
- The ability to assess and report the
development, progress and attainment of pupils.
- An understanding of school quality procedures.
- A wide knowledge of educational terminology.

The ability to build and develop appropriate relationships between the
school and parents, as well as between other staff members.

the age of 8) in nursery, primary or secondary school educational settings, or
if when directly concerned with the management of such childcare related
establishments. This declaration is to confirm that you are not disqualified
‘by association’ to anyone currently residing within your household who is
disqualified under the Childcare (Disqualification)
Regulation 2009

provide appropriate documents, such as a passport, visa of full birth certificate
and national insurance number to confirm this.
