PLAYWORKER – THE ARK OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB

Nature of Contract 

Permanent, Term Time Only

FTE Salary 

A2, SCP 2-3, £24,413 - £24,769 per annum, pro rata

Actual Salary 

£8,415 - £11,221 based on 20 hours per week, Term Time Only (38 weeks)


Working Hours 

Part time, 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday 7.45am - 8.45am and 3pm - 6pm

Application considered for candidates who can only do the morning or afternoon sessions.


We are looking for a new team member to play an integral role in our out of hours provision, ensuring  a positive, safe and happy environment for our children. The successful candidate will assist the Out of Hours Club manager in planning and preparing a programme of suitable activities which are appropriate for the mix of ages, gender and abilities and to implement all school behaviour policies, ensuring that the Out of School Club provides high quality childcare.
