The
posts will include:
Answering enquiries from parents and visitors in person and over the phone.

Keep the schools MIS (SIMs) up to date and accurate with
pupil data.
·
Take ownership of the admissions processes in the school.
·
Record pupil attendance and accurately report attendance
figures to necessary stakeholders.
·
Manage the school diary and weekly communications to parents.
· Have
relevant experience of working in an office environment.
· Be able
to work as part of a team, sharing excellent practice and learning from others
· Be committed
to working in partnership with staff, parents and children
· Have excellent
interpersonal skills
