Do you want
to work in a thriving, student centred academy that is on a rapid journey of
improvement? Are you looking for a new exciting challenge in a supportive,
innovative, working environment? At
Cliff Park Ormiston Academy we know that we make a difference to our students
lives 'everyday'. We are RESTLESS, and RELENTLESS in
the pursuit of EXCELLENCE for every single Cliff Park Ormiston
Academy student.
Our
curriculum has been developed around four core pillars: Discover, Create,
Thrive and Achieve.
Discover is to learn or find out; gain sight or
knowledge of something previously unknown.
Create is to have the confidence and self-motivation
to bring something unique into being, from one’s own thought or imagination.
Thrive is to grow, develop and be successful; to
flourish.
Achieve is to fulfil your true potential, through the
mastery of core knowledge and skills, and an ambition to be the best you can
be.
We create
the best possible environment for our students and staff to thrive and achieve.
Our 'everyday expectations' and
rehearsed routines create calm, supportive environments where our students can
work to the best of their ability and strive for success. Our classrooms are
productive and calm. As a staff we create a happy, supportive school where
every student can discover, create and thrive! We strive for our young people
to leave to the next stage of their education as happy and confident citizens,
ready to positively contribute to society and in all that they go on to
do.
Cliff Park Ormiston Academy has
been recognised for its creativity and has been awarded an Artsmark Award by

activities and events providing our students' opportunities to discover new
interests, hobbies and talents.
