About this Role

We are looking for an exceptional Head of School to join our dedicated team and help lead our school into its next exciting chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who shares our commitment to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and resilience in every child.

The school operates under an Executive Headteacher model, and there will be regular periods when the Executive Headteacher is working across the wider organisation.  During these time, the Head of School will take a leading role in the day-to-day running of the school, ensuring high standards, continuity of provision and strong leadership in their absence.  We are seeking a confdent, capable leader who can uphold our vision and maintain effective oversight when acting as the senion leader on site.

About the Role

As Head of School, you will:

  • Work closely with the Headteacher to drive school improvement and maintain high standards.
  • Lead on teaching and learning, ensuring an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
  • Support staff development and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Champion safeguarding and wellbeing for all pupils.
  • Be a visible, approachable leader who inspires confidence in pupils, staff, and families.
  • You will be required to teach a class for part of the week.
