Working pattern: 3 days per week, term-time only. This role is 16.5 hours per week Teaching Assistant and 1.5 hours per week Lunchtime Supervisor.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help enhance learning across the school. You will work alongside teachers to support pupils’ educational progress, assist with group and individual tasks, help prepare learning resources, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
This role is part-time (3 days per week) and offered on a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2026, with the possibility of extension subject to funding and school needs.
Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their potential.
Assist with classroom activities, group work, and differentiated tasks.
Help prepare resources and organise learning environments.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in learners.
Collaborate effectively with class teachers, support staff, and parents/carers.
Contribute to the Christian ethos and inclusive culture of the school.
