We are looking for an Early Years Lead.
This position will offer a TLR3 for an initial twelve
month period. Your current permanent teaching contract will not be
affected.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced, positive and motivated
professional with at least five years’ teaching and/or leadership experience to
lead our EYFS. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of
the EYFS Framework, the National Curriculum, and curriculum design across EYFS
and Key Stage 1. They will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a
proven track record of leading school improvement, monitoring achievement, and
supporting colleagues to continually raise standards.
This role requires someone who can inspire a positive,
hardworking team and deliver a creative, high-quality EYFS provision that
nurtures children's love of learning. A commitment to high expectations,
positive behaviour management, parental and community engagement, and ongoing
professional development is essential. Above all, we are seeking someone with
ambition, drive, a sense of humour, and the ability to create exciting and
stimulating learning opportunities for every child.
