About this Role

We are looking for a EYFS Lead with Class Teaching Responsibility to join our team here at Green Oaks Primary Academy!

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced, positive and motivated EYFS professional with at least five years’ teaching and/or leadership experience to join our team. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, the National Curriculum, and curriculum design across EYFS and Key Stage 1. They will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of leading school improvement, monitoring achievement, and supporting colleagues to continually raise standards.

This role requires someone who can inspire a positive, hardworking team and deliver a creative, high-quality EYFS provision that nurtures children’s love of learning. A commitment to high expectations, positive behaviour management, parental and community engagement, and ongoing professional development is essential. Above all, we are seeking someone with ambition, drive, a sense of humour, and the ability to create exciting and stimulating learning opportunities for every child.
