About the role:
We are looking for an outstanding Reception Class Teacher who will have an impact on the outcomes for our children through
securing outstanding teaching across the phase.
To
implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, and
differentiated curriculum for pupils, while supporting a designated curriculum
area as appropriate, is essential. As a teacher, it is crucial to monitor and
support the overall progress and development of pupils, facilitating and
encouraging a learning experience that provides them with the opportunity to
achieve the highest standards. Additionally, sharing and supporting the Trust’s
responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for pupils’ personal and
academic growth is vital.
About us:
At the Green Oaks Primary Academy, we believe every
child is unique and we strive to provide every learner with the opportunity to
succeed and challenge themselves to be the best they can be. In partnership
with our parents and community, we aim to develop children who are passionate
about learning and who conduct themselves responsibly in the world.
We believe that every child
should have the best possible opportunities for learning whatever their
background or abilities. We strive to provide a relevant, creative and
challenging curriculum where the children can develop the confidence to reach
their full potential in an ever-changing world. We seek to develop the
aptitudes, skills and knowledge which will help pupils achieve through praise,
encouragement and high expectations of work and behaviour.
Following our recent inspection on 28th and 29th January 2025, we are thrilled to inform you that Green Oaks Primary Academy has retained its ‘good’ judgement. We are all very pleased with the outcome of the inspection and the content of the report. The inspector was very complimentary about our school and pupils.
