About this Role

South Bromsgrove High is an over-subscribed, high performing 13-18 school. In our last Ofsted Inspection in 2023, we were judged to be 'Good' for Overall Effectiveness, with Leadership & Management, the Sixth Form and Personal Development all deemed to be 'Outstanding'. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our busy team. The successful applicant will join an existing team of Teaching Assistants to support and work with groups of students and individual students in lessons. You will need to be skilled in a variety of settings, be self-confident and a team player. Although no formal Teaching Assistant experience is necessary, a background working with students would be a distinct advantage.

Ideally we would like the successful candidate to work 30 hours over 5 days (although part-time hours will also be considered). Scale point TA1 (point 2-4).
