Assistant
Headteacher (Pay Range – L1 – 5)
The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed, practising
Catholic to support the Executive Headteacher and Head of School of Our Lady’s
Catholic Academy to strengthen the leadership of the school as it prepares for
the next phase of its development. The
successful candidate should be able to articulate a vision for Catholic
education, provide a record of successful leadership impact over the multi
academy, teaching experience across two key stages and demonstrate a clear
understanding of collaboration within a multi-academy company (MAC)
We
want our new Assistant Headteacher to:

Demonstrate an awareness of Catholic education.
·
Be an excellent practitioner, leading by example.
·
Experience of developing the curriculum, monitoring and
assessment.
·
Have excellent interpersonal skills: to work with parents and the
wider community.
·
Present a vision for supporting and developing provision for
disadvantaged pupils.
