 We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join our team, most likely within EYFS/KS1. As part of E-ACT, we are committed to helping every child think big, do the right thing, and work together to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that ensure all pupils make strong progress.
  • Set challenging learning objectives and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners. 
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform future teaching. 
  • Provide effective feedback and maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and progress. 
  • Support pupils’ wellbeing as a tutor, including safeguarding and pastoral care responsibilities

Pay range: M1- M6

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Ability to deliver consistently good or outstanding lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management and use of assessment to raise standards.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
