About this Role

We are looking for a colleague to join our team as a Teaching Assistant


This role is designed for a practitioner who is ready to use their skills and knowledge to support both our pupils and their fellow colleagues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Learning: You will support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning under the direct supervision and guidance of the class teacher. This includes assisting with the preparation of resources, supporting group work, and helping to keep pupils engaged and on task.

  • Targeted Interventions: You will deliver specific intervention programmes designed to close achievement gaps, using formative assessment to adapt provision.

  • Expert Support: You will adopt diverse strategies to increase the achievement of pupils from Nursery to Year 6, including those with SEND or from vulnerable groups.
