EYFS Pre-School Room Lead (HLTA)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA to join our team as the Lead Practitioner in our EYFS Pre-School (Acorns). This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of the highly regarded Early Years team at Charlton and help shape a warm, nurturing and inspiring learning environment for our youngest children.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, passionate and energetic practitioner with a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification. You will be committed to securing excellent outcomes for children and ensuring their progress through our ambitious Early Years curriculum. As Acorns Room Lead, you will take responsibility for leading our pre-school provision, creating a stimulating environment where children can thrive, explore and develop confidence as learners.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Has experience of working within an Early Years setting.
  • Is passionate about providing high-quality early education and care.
  • Can lead and inspire others through positive relationships and high expectations.
  • Has a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS Framework.
  • Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child achieves their potential.
  • Shares our vision and values and will contribute positively to our school community.

Contract Details

  • Term time only (38 weeks per year plus 5 INSET days).
