We are seeking to recruit a proactive Behaviour Support Worker (On Call) to join the dedicated and collaborative Behaviour and Safeguarding team.  This role ensures actively that targeted students, regardless of background or ability, are best supported to make at least good progress and attain above national expectations. 

To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive team player, able to demonstrate resilience, be well-organised and able to keep accurate records. You will be a patient individual, able to manage challenging behaviours, with strong communication, de-escalation and relationship-building skills. You will have knowledge of best practice in safeguarding and experience of working within the 11-16 years age range is desirable.
