Nursery Assistant 

To work:   Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 3:30pm   Term Time only

Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm (latest end time)   Term Time only 

SCP 4 – 6     Depending on Experience 

Would you like to make a difference?  Are you committed to giving children the best start in life?  We would like to appoint a Nursery Assistant to join our fantastic Early Years team. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of the exciting changes we are making as we expand our nursery provision.  

The successful candidate will: 

·                     have a passion for Early Years’ education 

·                     enjoy working as part of a hardworking and committed team 

·                     be imaginative and enthusiastic, with the ability to inject fun into play and learning - a great sense of humour is vital! 

·                     have a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum 

·                     will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

·                     will be able to communicate with and motivate children effectively 

·                     have a strong commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of all children 

·                     have a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification
