We are looking for someone who can:
- provide individual support for a designated pupil, ensuring their access to learning
- assist with the delivery of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
- work with individuals and small groups to support children with SEND,
- be motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable, able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team;
- have a good grasp of spoken and written English and good Mathematical skills;
- establish relationships with parents/carers, exchanging information supporting home to school links
- ideally be a practising Christian and/or is in sympathy with the ethos of a Church school;
