About this Role

We are looking for someone who can:

provide individual support for a designated pupil, ensuring their access to learning
assist with the delivery of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
work with individuals and small groups to support children with SEND,
be motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable, able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team;
have a good grasp of spoken and written English and good Mathematical skills;
establish relationships with parents/carers, exchanging information supporting home to school links
ideally be a practising Christian and/or is in sympathy with the ethos of a Church school;
