About this Role

Beckfoot School is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills  to join our busy and dedicated team as a Sixth Form Administrator. You will play a key role in a supporting the day-to-day running of our school. Whether you're welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, or supporting colleagues across school. The ideal candidate will thrive in a in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is professional, friendly and able to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, families and visitors 
  • Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail 
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team 
  • Is confident using digital systems

 This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days. The working pattern is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm.
