About this Role
To supervise and organise activities at our After School
Club, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment is maintained and that
all children behave in an appropriate manner.
12 hours
per week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2 hours 30 minutes (3.30pm-6pm)
per day and Wednesday 2 hours (3.30pm-5.30pm). Term time only (38 weeks per
year), permanent contract.

Who we are looking for

A person who has the following skills:

Able to communicate clearly, understand and
follow instructions
·
Experience of planning and organising play
activities for children aged 3 to 11 years old
·
Ability to communicate with a wide range of
people
·
Be able to talk to children and adults in a
clear and calm manner
·
Work as part of a group and on own initiative
·
Encourage high standards of pupil behaviour at
all times
·
Initiate games and activities appropriate to the
age of the children
·
Inspire trust and confidence in children
·
Ability to empathise with the needs of children
