This role:

We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Teacher of Dance and Drama (specialism in Dance particularly) to start in September 2026. If your desire if for 0.8, then it is likely that this would be fully within Dance and Drama, if you would like full time, then the ability to teach for some periods outside of Dance and Drama would be an advantage. Our ideal candidate will have a passionate and uncompromising commitment to pupil achievement and be a believer in the potential of all young people. The entire EPA/PE team are committed to the pursuit of excellence and are team players with a strong desire to work collaboratively. The faculty comprises 12 members of teaching staff from members of SLT to colleagues who are in the early stages of their careers. We pride ourselves on the excellent support we give to not only our students, but each other too. Outcomes in EPA/PE are strong and improving.

ITT potential:

Furthermore, we run a very successful Initial Teacher Training programme. For the right candidate, who holds a relevant degree, we are happy to explore the potential of you joining us to complete your ITT and develop into a fantastic teacher with us.
