The role
As a Special School teacher,
you will:
· Deliver creative, adapted lessons tailored to
individual needs.
· Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom
environment.
· Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
including therapists, psychologists, and support staff.
· Use a range of communication strategies including
AAC systems.
· Support pupils with sensory processing needs
What we are looking for:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
· Experience or strong interest in working with
pupils with SEND, particularly Autism and communication needs.
· Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork
skills.
· A reflective practitioner committed to continuous
professional development.
