The Head of
School is the accountable leader for the day-to-day leadership and
performance of Judith Kerr Primary School a warm, inclusive and bilingual
community.
The
successful candidate will uphold the ethos of “Bilingualism for everybody,”
ensuring German language learning for all pupils.
Working
under the strategic direction of the Executive Headteacher, the Head of
School will secure high standards of education, behaviour, safeguarding and
staff performance, ensuring that all pupils receive an excellent primary
education within a bilingual and inclusive environment.
The role is responsible for translating Trust and Executive strategy into consistent, high-quality practice and outcomes at school level. Promoting Anthem values of Integrity, Collaboration and Excellence.
