For February 2025, we are seeking to appoint an
ambitious, charismatic, and innovative Guidance Manager to provide outstanding
pastoral care. You
will be passionate about education and how pastoral care and academic
achievement can enrich the lives of

education for all of its learners.

The successful candidates will be passionate about pastoral care and working with children to help them fulfil their potential. They should have excellent IT skills, be well organised, have a professional approach to work and be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also key aspects of the role.
