About this Role
HLTA with MDA required September 2026
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and
well-organised person to join our team as a permanent HLTA with MDA duties.
We would like to hear from you if you:
- have experiences/expertise which can enrich
our pupils' learning
- have experience across a broad range of year
groups in KS1 or KS2.
- are adaptable, organised and flexible.
- have experience of teaching a whole class and
small groups

If appointed, you will undertake a range of activities including
class-based support, class cover, interventions and catch-up booster lessons.
33.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
39 working weeks (44.7 paid weeks)
Salary: Scale 5 Point 9 - £21,720.70 pro rata per annum (including
fringe allowance)
Closing date: Midday, Friday 3rd July 2026
Interviews: Week commencing 6th July 2026
