About this Role

The Data, Cover and MIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s Management Information Systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effective use of data to support operational and strategic decision‑making. The role leads on statutory data returns, reporting and analysis, and manages daily staff cover arrangements to ensure continuity and efficiency. Working closely with senior leaders and staff, the postholder ensures compliance with data protection requirements, supports system development and training, and promotes a strong data‑informed culture across the organisation.
