We want a colleague who:

·         Has experience in Reception or Key Stage 1, or a strong interest in developing within this phase

·         Is passionate about early reading, phonics, and language development

·         Has high expectations for all pupils, including disadvantaged learners

·         Is committed to creating a calm, purposeful and nurturing classroom environment

·         Is reflective, driven, and keen to continually improve their practice

·         Works well as part of a team and embraces collaboration
