We are looking for
a versatile and outgoing individual to join the Academy as a site support team
member. The role will be full time and
hours will be set on a rota basis as directed by the Site Manager between the
core hours of 6am –10pm on a 2 shift rotation.

to the Academy Site Manager.

Basic training in one or more of the following:
plumbing, general and ground maintenance, electrical/building maintenance,
heating systems.

Duties for this job will include:
·
Maintenance and
repair of equipment and facilities, to prevent any loss of learning time.
·
Performance and
recording of routine maintenance and safety inspections
·
Minor alteration
projects
·
Managing the
works of external contractors
·
Clearing and
setting up of rooms
·
Carrying out of
maintenance tests
·
Closing and
securing the Academy including activation and deactivation of alarms
·
Assisting with
security issues
·
Supervision of
and ad-hoc assistance to the cleaning staff, as required
