About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join
our team at Mayflower Community Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to
support teachers in delivering high-quality learning and play a vital role in
helping every child reach their full potential.
You will work closely with teaching staff to create a positive,
inclusive, and engaging learning environment, supporting pupils both in and
outside the classroom.
