Assistants, to join our outstanding team and make a difference in children’s
lives. The successful Teaching Assistants will be enthusiastic, good team
players and committed to supporting the learning of pupils.

committed to supporting pupil’s learning and to help pupils surpass their

Mayflower Community Academy is a two form entry
Outstanding primary school located at the heart of the PL2 area of Plymouth.
· Have
experience of working within a primary school or early years setting
· Can
build relationships with and nurture pupils to enable positive educational
outcomes
· Experience
implementing positive behaviour strategies
· GCSEs
or equivalent in Maths and English grade C/4 or above
· Excellent
communication skills and a flexible approach to working
· NVQ2/3
or equivalent or working towards the qualification is desirable
