Mayflower Community Academy is a two form entry Outstanding primary school located at the heart of the PL2 area of Plymouth.

 We are looking for Teaching Assistants who: 

·       Have experience of working within a primary school or early years setting

·       Can build relationships with and nurture pupils to enable positive educational outcomes

·       Experience implementing positive behaviour strategies

·       GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade C/4 or above

·       Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working

·       NVQ2/3 or equivalent or working towards the qualification is desirable
