Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Beacon Primary Academy

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about making a difference and is ready to take a leading role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.

As a HLTA, you will be a valued member of our team, planning and delivering high-quality lessons and providing class cover across all primary phases. Working closely with teachers and leaders, you will ensure continuity of learning during staff absence whilst maintaining high expectations for pupil engagement, achievement and behaviour. This role requires a practitioner who is confident, adaptable and able to build positive relationships with children, staff and families alike.
