About this Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team here at Beacon Primary Academy!

An amazing opportunity is available to join Beacon Primary Academy as an Administrator. You will provide high quality administrative support to ensure our school runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for an exceptional administrator who is:

  • highly skilled with a strong working knowledge of standard IT packages and has the ability to find solutions to problems, whilst working under pressure
  • proactive and positive with a clear capacity and desire to work well with colleagues 
  • able to provide confidential, efficient and effective administration support for the academy
  • able to prioritise and manage own workload in order to support the smooth operational running of the academy
