About this Role

Key Responsibilities

Sports & Leisure Facilities

  • Provide support for users of our Lecture Theatre, 3G Pitch, Sports Hall, Dance Studio

  • Liaise with the Site Manager to report and monitor necessary repairs and maintenance.

  • Oversee the security of all facilities and buildings during out-of-hours usage.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate user registers, timetables, and long-term booking records for sports facilities.

  • Keep an updated accident/incident log for sports facilities.

  • Provide support for evening school events as required.

  • Assist the site team with event preparations.

School Security & Fire Safety

  • Monitor movements on site to ensure the security and safety of the premises.

  • Lock up and secure the site at the end of each shift.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies to maintain a secure environment.

Sir Thomas Fremantle is set in North Buckinghamshire for 11-16 year olds serving the local community. The school is in easy reach of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury. We benefit from great facilities – the school building was only opened in 2017.

We are driven to ensure all our students have an incredible education that inspires and prepares them for the next  step in their journey. With 600 students we are able to really get to know each of them and our sense of community is a real strength of our school.
