About this Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some previous office, customer service, or administrative experience and is keen to build a long-term career within an office environment. We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general office and reception support to the team
- Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Preparing documents, reports, and other administrative paperwork
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and school activities
- Assisting with scheduling and other office tasks as required
- Support in providing first aid (full training will be provided)
About you-
- Some previous administration, office, customer service, or similar experience is desirable
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
