About
the Role
As
Chef Manager, you will:
- Work closely with Head of Catering to lead and inspire
a catering team
- Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals in line with
school standards
- Manage stock, ordering, and budgets
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Create a positive dining experience for students and
staff
About
You
We’re
looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a chef, ideally in a large catering
environment. Experience in Education is desirable but not essential – a
willingness to understand the sector is essential
- Enjoys working in a structured, daytime environment
- Values routine, reliability, and teamwork
- Is passionate about providing nutritious, high-quality
food
- Wants a long-term role with excellent work-life balance
