About this Role

Are you an exceptional HLTA ready to make a real impact?

If you thrive on variety, responsibility and the chance to truly influence pupils’ progress, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

As a valued member of our  team, you will:

  • Take the lead in delivering engaging whole-class teaching  support as part of PPA provision.

  • Step confidently into short-term absence cover, ensuring continuity and high standards.

  • Design and deliver creative, purposeful learning experiences alongside Class Teachers and Phase Leaders.

  • Drive impact through targeted interventions that accelerate progress.

  • Champion inclusion by supporting pupils with SEND and those in receipt of  funding.

  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to excellence.

This is a role for someone who wants to be trusted, empowered and recognised as a key contributor to school life.

We are particularly excited to hear from you if you:

  • Hold HLTA status and have strong experience across the primary age range.

  • Bring curriculum strengths in Music or Spanish.

  • Have a proven track record of supporting pupils with additional needs in whole-class, small group and one-to-one settings.

  • Are energetic, reflective and committed to inclusive practice.

  • Have the confidence to lead, the creativity to inspire and the warmth to build meaningful relationships with children and colleagues alike.

Above all, we are looking for someone who believes every child can succeed — and is determined to help make that happen.

Join us and be part of a school community where your expertise is valued, your contribution matters and your professional growth is supported.
