Working with teaching
colleagues you will support the learning, teaching and welfare of
pupils within the school to enable their progress towards class and individual
targets.

depend on the needs of the pupil or phase to which you are deployed and in this case that will most likely be with
a named pupil within our secondary phase.
About you:
You’ll have some experience of working with children or young people,
ideally in a learning support or educational setting and a passion for
supporting them in inclusive learning environment. You’ll have strong
communication skills and the ability to work with pupils, staff and parents.
You’ll have patience and empathy and a positive attitude towards student and
self-development.
