St Michael's Catholic Academy is looking to appoint a Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the school premises. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and committed to creating a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment that supports learning and wellbeing.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of the school site, including buildings, grounds, and facilities. Your responsibilities may include supervising cleaning and maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and improvements, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and responding to emergencies or urgent issues.
Working closely with school leadership and administrative teams, you’ll help plan and implement site-related projects, manage budgets and inventories, and ensure that the school is prepared for daily operations, events, and seasonal changes.
This is a hands-on and highly valued role that requires strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across the school estate.
