Our Early Years provision plays
a crucial role in laying the foundations for lifelong learning, and we are
seeking an inspiring and dedicated Early Years Lead to drive
excellence across Nursery and Reception.
The Role
We are looking for an
enthusiastic and experienced Early Years professional to lead, develop, and
oversee our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The successful candidate will
be responsible for shaping a high-quality curriculum, supporting staff development,
and ensuring all children make strong progress from their starting points.
You will work closely with the
Senior Leadership Team to ensure outstanding practice, smooth transitions into
Key Stage 1, and a provision that fully reflects the needs of our children and
families.
