This role is central to our mission of ensuring every pupil—particularly those who are disadvantaged—experiences ambitious teaching, meaningful support, and the opportunity to achieve their very best. The successful candidate will lead on adaptive teaching approaches, work strategically with staff to remove barriers to learning, and use evidence-informed practice to secure strong progress for all. There is no doubt that The Palmer Primary Academy is an exciting place to be – for children, staff, parents and the local community!
As a Class Teacher and Leader, you will be passionate about ensuring the best outcomes for all children and giving them every opportunity to succeed, whatever their barriers may be.
