Woodhouse Primary Academy, part of the Greenheart Learning Partnership, is seeking an exceptional, dedicated and visionary Headteacher to lead our school into its next exciting chapter.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who will:

• Provide strategic direction, professional leadership and with the support of the Executive Leadership Team, develop a strong strategic direction and a clear, ambitious vision for the continued success and improvement of the school.
• Motivate, develop and empower staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning that enables all pupils to thrive.
• Champion inclusion, ensuring every child—regardless of background or need—has the opportunity to thrive.
• Promote a culture of high expectations, respect and aspiration across the whole school community.
• Lead with integrity, compassion and resilience, modelling the values of the school and the wider Greenheart Learning Partnership.
• Build and sustain strong, positive partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community.

About You:
You will be an experienced leader—currently a Headteacher, Head of School or Deputy Headteacher—who can demonstrate a proven track record of school improvement and raising standards. You will hold Qualified Teacher Status, and ideally NPQH or NPQEL, and be committed to your own professional growth.
