About this Role

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and creative Primary Class Teacher to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our children and young people.  As a Primary Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey and personal development of young learners during their formative years. This role requires a nurturing, creative, and adaptable educator who is passionate about fostering a love of learning in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

Pegasus is a one-form entry, family-oriented school, in the heart of North Birmingham. Our Castle Vale community strives for the very best for their children.  We are thrilled to say that our school was judged to be ‘Expected’ in all areas by Ofsted in December 2025. About You

·         A qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for primary education

·         Has high expectations for all learners and a commitment to raising standards

·         Demonstrates creativity, flexibility and resilience in their approach to teaching

·         Builds strong relationships with learners, parents and carers, and colleagues
