The successful applicant will: 

  • Have experience working as a site manager with experience of undertaking a range of duties such as building maintenance, managing a small team of staff and working with contractors.
  • Be a team player, but be able to work independently
  • To communicate clearly and follow instructions
  • Understand confidentiality and show commitment to safeguarding pupils wellbeing and equality
  • Have a good knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Hard working and physically fit
