Edgar Stammers Primary Academy, part of the Greenheart Learning Partnership, is seeking an exceptional, dedicated and visionary Headteacher to lead our vibrant and inclusive school - into its next exciting chapter.

We are looking for an experienced leader who will:

• Provide strategic direction, professional leadership and with the support of the Executive Leadership Team, develop a strong strategic direction and a clear, ambitious vision for the continued success and development of the school.
• Motivate, empower and develop staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning that enables all pupils to thrive.
• Champion inclusion, ensuring every child—whatever their background or need—achieves their full potential.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and attendance, creating a safe, calm and purposeful environment for all.
• Lead with integrity, compassion and high expectations, modelling the values of our school and Partnership.
• Build strong, positive partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community.

 About You:

You will be an experienced school leader—currently a Headteacher, Head of School or Deputy Headteacher—who can demonstrate a track record of driving improvement and raising standards. You will hold Qualified Teacher Status and ideally an NPQH or equivalent qualification, with evidence of ongoing professional learning and impact.
