About this Role

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring individual who can make a positive difference to children’s lives. They will have a strong understanding of how children learn and will be confident in how to support children with a wide range of needs. Our teachers enjoy the ability to be flexible and creative in how they deliver our curriculum, and a supportive leadership team prioritises a positive working environment. Our class teachers are flexible, working across KS1, KS2 or EYFS depending on their skills, experience and aspirations. We offer leadership development opportunities through bespoke coaching, access to NPQs and close collaboration with colleagues across a local multi-academy trust.

Our school is a popular and thriving one-form entry school in the heart of Colnbrook village. Our Christian values permeate the life of our school as we encourage everyone to live out our vision and be “Strong and Courageous”. We are proud to be a highly inclusive school and we welcome families from a large number of backgrounds and communities. Our school is part of the Slough and East Berkshire Multi Academy Trust (SEBMAT) and we enjoy high levels of support and close collaboration with other local schools.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has QTS and is knowledgeable in how to provide high quality education;

• Is a creative, enthusiastic, flexible team player who is able to work proactively;

• Is committed to inclusive education and developing children as independent learners;

• Is able to embrace our vision and values.

We can offer:

· A friendly and caring school community;

· A commitment to supporting a work/life balance;

· A supportive leadership team;

· Access to high quality professional development, including NPQs;

· Curriculum leadership opportunities including leadership training and development.
