We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our school premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site is safe, secure, well-maintained, and fully compliant with all health and safety, safeguarding, and statutory requirements. Working closely with school leaders and contractors, the Site Manager will play a key role in maintaining a high-quality learning environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Previous experience working within an educational environment is desirable, along with an understanding of the unique operational and compliance requirements of a school setting. However, full training and support will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates the skills, commitment, and willingness to develop within the role.
