James Brindley is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who has experience in working with young people with autism and SEMH needs from KS2 up to GCSE level. In order to support the activities of the individual young person/small groups, you should have experience of assisting young people in a classroom environment as well as be able to implement agreed behaviour management strategies consistently and effectively. A good standard of education including Math and English GCSE at C (or equivalent) and NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent are essential.
