This is the Vision Statement of Think Differently Education Trust (TDET).

·        Do you want to have a positive impact on some of the most vulnerable children’s lives in Birmingham?

·        Do you want to work in an organisation that recognises the benefits of a good work/life balance for their workforce?

·        Do you want to work in an organisation that invests heavily in CPD and allocates additional training days to develop their staff?

If you have answered ‘yes’ to all these questions, join our team!

We are looking for a Head of Art to monitor the delivery of the activity across James Brindley Centres and to ensure high standards in classroom practice, organisation and curriculum assessment. We are looking for a qualified teacher with tenacity, positivity and experience of teaching the subject at KS3 and KS4. You should have QTS and a track record as a consistently good practitioner.
