Taverham High School is a popular and successful 11-18 academy on the outskirts of Norwich.   With the success of our school's in-house catering the governors are seeking to appoint a friendly, reliable, and organised Catering Assistant to join our team.  They will be able to work effectively as part of a team, relate well to students and staff, manage their workload efficiently, and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to duties.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to food hygiene, health and safety, and high standards of service.

Experience working in a catering environment, knowledge of allergens, special dietary requirements, and catering equipment would be advantageous. Full training will be provided.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The appointment is subject to regulatory checks including an enhanced-level DBS check.  We are an equal opportunities employer.  Enrich Learning Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its pupils and expects all those working at the Trust to share this commitment.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020).
