Are you a talented practitioner with the drive needed to work in a research-led, forward-thinking school? If so, we would love to hear from you.
Fairway primary Academy is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled teacher to join our school community as part of our teaching staff and make a positive impact to the educational experiences of our children. Our thinking and practices are innovative, and we are seeking the right candidate to join our strong teaching staff.
You will support in the development and implementation of school improvements, joining us as we join the other schools within our partnership on an exciting Ed-Tech project. This is one of many initiatives at Fairway that not only enhances teaching and learning but also offers continued high-value professional development.
You will have a strong commitment to safeguarding students; be child-centred with high aspirations for those you support. You will be committed, enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for working with children and the academy staff whilst being professional, with honesty and integrity at the centre of everything you do.
Why choose Fairway Primary Academy?
We are one of ten partnership schools that ‘puts children and families first’ as we strive to nurture life-long learners. Our geographical proximity to our family schools, means that there are numerous opportunities to work collaboratively with other professionals, be it as an ECT, or a middle leader, offering a strong CPD package. These strong relationships promote professional growth and ensure that you are supported with both short- and long-term career goals.
