Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust is
seeking to appoint a committed and practising Catholic Deputy Headteacher to
join Saint Paul’s Catholic High School. Working closely with the Headteacher,
the Local Governing Body, and wider stakeholders, the successful candidate will
play a key role in shaping the future vision and continued development of both
the school and the Trust.
Saint Paul’s has enjoyed a sustained period of
success and stability, becoming one of the most oversubscribed schools in the
city. Outcomes rose significantly last year and are expected to improve again,
while suspensions continue to fall year-on-year. Attendance is now in line with
national figures and continues to strengthen. We remain committed to refining
our curriculum and further enhancing teaching and learning to ensure our young
people receive the very best education and outcomes.
With
a highly skilled Senior Leadership Team already in place, we welcome
applications from candidates with a strong background in delivering high‑quality,
inclusive education, as well as those with expertise in safeguarding and/or
SEND. Above all, we are seeking a leader with ambition, resilience, and
exceptional pastoral commitment—someone who believes our students deserve the
